As a coach, I value hard work and commitment. My vision for my team emphasizes energy, enthusiasm and constant commitment. The aim is to create an environment that provides uninterrupted play where the players can learn through making mistakes, taking risks and thinking on their own to solve problems on the field. I am a strong believer of the player centered approach, after all, it's their game.

My favorite player currently playing is Kevin De Bruyne, but my all time favorite player is Ronaldo 'El Phenomenon'. I am a Chelsea fan, Blue is the color!
