Tell us about yourself

I was born in Venezuela and grew up between Europe and South America, developing in competitive soccer environments from an early age. My background combines sport, analysis, and structured performance development — I am a Petroleum Engineer, hold a Master’s degree in Data Science, and have studies as a Football Analyst. This foundation shapes my coaching approach, which is based on structure, measurable progress, and continuous improvement.

What type of coaching degree do you have and where did you get it?

I hold a Football Analysis Certification, mentored by a former Real Madrid analyst, along with a Grassroots Coaching License for youth development. I continue expanding my knowledge through modern training methodologies and match analysis, as I believe coaches must constantly evolve with the game.

Tell us about your soccer player experience

I have played soccer since the age of 4, competing in youth teams and high-level leagues in Venezuela and Spain. At 12, I was selected as Academy MVP among more than 200 players. At 17, I accepted a university scholarship to pursue engineering studies and continued playing while prioritizing my academic development.

When did you join FFF?

I joined FFF in August 2025 and am currently completing my first year with the organization, contributing to a structured and demanding development environment.

What is your coaching philosophy?

I use soccer as a tool for physical and mental development. Beyond improving agility, speed, and coordination, I emphasize teamwork, discipline, resilience, respect, accountability, and the ability to handle both frustration and success. My objective is to develop not only better players, but stronger individuals with the mentality to grow through process and responsibility.

What is your favorite team and best player?

My favorite team is Real Madrid, a club that represents high standards and a winning mentality.
My favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo, for his discipline, work
ethic, resilience, and commitment to excellence.
